All products sold on ArtPrintFile are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Once a digital file has been purchased and made available for download, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
However, we may provide a refund or replacement in the following situations:
- You receive the wrong digital file.
- The downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
- The product you received is significantly different from its description.
- There is a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase and we are unable to resolve it.
Accidental Purchases
If you purchased a product by mistake and have not downloaded the files, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
